we had a customer once, i changed a bulb for him or somthing and he said how much do you want for fitting , i said just to leave somthing in the office for a drink or somthing...... he left 27p!

people who expect lifts piss me right off. usually folk who have never attempted to get a driving licence but because you are privaledged enough to have a car you must give them a ride. never mind the fact it costs a fucking fortune but do they give you any fuel money? do they fuck!

theres a guy at work who lives a few minutes walk away from me and he wanted me to give him a ride in because it was snowing and his wifes car was stuck on his driveway. he normally rides his bike but it was dangerous in the snow which i can understand. his wife doesn't have a job though so she could have driven him to and from work. i was fucking fuming when he said that it was too much hard work to clear the snow off his drive. he never considered the fact that my driveway was also under 2-3 feet of snow. cheeky bastard.

I used to get this all the time. My mates at the time used to ring me up and ask if I was doing anything in the evening, then asked if I wanted to go somewhere with them. What they really meant, but didn't want to say, was "Can I have a lift so I can see my mate you don't know?"
