Can anyone tell me which RAM speeds my motherboard supports?

Its a GIGABYTE GA-K8N Pro-SLI

Crucial's website is pretty useful at telling you what RAM is compatible with your hardware. I think they also do a utility that will do a diagnostic check on your computer to be certain.
