anyone recommend some decent sealant, or even point me in the right direction of what i should be using with a rocker gasket to obtain a decent seal?

apparently its advisable to use it, on the puma anyway

i used to use some stuff called liquid gasket when i did my bikes, that was blue

Blue Hylomar

Used in in place of gaskets on the missus's Cav TD inlet manifold - been running 22psi of boost for over a year without failing...

'wellseal' is awesome sealant, doesnt go completely off so if got into engine it wouldnt cause any damage like what silicon and the like can cause

Iv used hylomar blue aswell on a saxo vts cause they dont make gaskets for them!

Just make sure sealing face is spotless when using it
