Can I get some film suggestions please to improve my dvd collection:
But can they to be films set in an alternative reality. (not to sci fi like star trek)

Like:
The Matrix
V for Vendetta
Watchmen
Equilibrium

Films of that sort of nature

Any recommendations?

Existenz is really weird.

You get plugged into an emmersive computer game, iirc. Very strange film, took me a couple of watches to like it. I do detest Jude Law though

Looks like THX is a pre-star wars George Lucas thing

V for Vendetta is essentially a rip off of 1984

THX1138 is a future where people are very disciplined, and have barcodes instead of names, hence THX1138. He begins to wonder if there is more to life and plots an escape.
