just got my insurance sorted with them £220 for the year, he asked if i wanted to pay it monthly or all in one go, not thinking i said monthly, 2 minutes later i said no wait all in one go please!! he then tried charging me an extra £20 as he said he had already set it up what a fucking joke that place is

Only £20, they tried adding £500 on to my quote because apparently the rates had changed Went from £850 to £1350 over night

The claim should be dealt with by the insurance company Flux place your business with.

Flux is ok if you get a policy then stick with it. I was 1700 on a Let Corsa. Changed it to a 1.0 12 Corsa and its 1100 then to change to a 1.9 poverty spec 5 door 306 xnd is 1600 lol
