im going to paint a block and gearbox, im wondering whats the best high temp paint to use for the job?

I used hammerite on my gearbox + sump and it was fine. I bought some high temp paint paint from halfords but it had to get up to a certain temperature before it would dry and it looked shit after i got my mits all over it

i got some high temp engine lacquer off ebay, it was about 6 quid delivered

i once painted my block with red high temp paint but it dried a pink colour so ended up using hammerite.
