I can't believe how early its getting dark at night and thats before the clocks get changed

Considering we had nice sunny weather today, daylight began to disappear at 7.30 I'm dreading the thought of long dark winter nights especially when Colin's away

I'm depressing myself thinking about it

I have to wear mine more in Autumn/Winter than summer because with my "homo" eyes & the sun being lower in the sky - I genuinely can see nothing! I like this time of year, closer to snowboarding time!!!

Ouch thats harsh. I've had it a few times when I've got to work and its dark, get a bad job in an area where theres no windows (I work at the airport so this could be the baggage hall, depature lounge, etc) and dont finish it till after 5pm when its still dark again.

Go home never seeing daylight - but a whole week!! feel for you

Could be worse - Norway in the winter only get an hour of sunlight. Though in the summer its sunny 24hours a day

The only thing I like about winter is an excuse to have the fire going and wearing lots of layers!

Other than that I hate dark evenings and mornings, hate the shite weather and hate the temperatures!

Depressing tbh. Although the temperature thing doesn't make much difference up here, it is just more baltic than normal.

Summer lasted about a week if that.

My mum used to be like that she had that seasonal affective disorder thing (SAD) She started taking St John's Wort over the Winter months the last 2 or 3 years and she's been fine
