Just got back from a long weekend for my 30th birthday which is tomorrow. Went down to where I always go to, Croyde Bay in North Devon.
This morning it was horrid, really blowing and horizontal rain blasting my face as I ran in my wetsuit down the beach, new board under my arm. 20 mins into my session a local paddled over to me and says check this out, so I followed him to the back of the rollers and there was a pod of dolphins playing in the swell! It was a truly awesome thing to have been part of!

Down Newquay (cornwall) there's sometimes seals that join in. I bodyboard and when of them pops up next to you it's a bit of a shock !

Was down croyde pay a few months back! Didnt see any dolphins tho!
