Well had it a week so thought I'd give it it's first clean today, was rude not to take some pics afterwards

What the EP3 should of been, so much more planted than the Civic and the extra 20bhp is really noticable, as if is the LSD, Recaros, Brembos...etc etc.

Can't comment perosnaly as I've never driven a DC2, but considering it's looked up upon as an improvement over the DC2 I can't see it being any worse.

JDM EP3's have LSD. They are hard cars to buy, importing was definitely the way to go though

gorgeous...one of my all time fav's. i am immensely jealous.

Will be the next one after the ATR i think.

Be careful though as apparently the diffs on them are pretty snappy as you come off throttle...and heard a few stories where DC5's have ended up in trees.

Still, hope you're pleased and have plenty of fun in it. Get a decent system and set of c'overs on it though and you'll notice a HUUUGE difference.

Fear not I'm taking it easy with it so far! Great getting a new car learning it's tolerances. I have a few things planned for it, nothing this year though apart from a good service

What state of tune was your Corsa in at the time??

I used to have a play with my mate in his old DC2 and would leave him with ease. That was in an XE Corsa.

Never tried it on the twisties though, would probably have got raped big time.
