so i got a aem v2 cai...



and a dc sports cat back...




my mate got them for me, they came from a lad he works with who recently crashed his civic into a lampost. the exhaust has had a crease in it but my mate has fixed it. i paid a grand sum of 100 benk for them both

opinions....

A bung in the tailpipe?

Mine has a hole for one, its not overly loud though, passed scrutineering and its a similiar size

bargin, try and route some air ducting and heat shield for the induction kit though as they dont like heat soak

Mine is a spoon n1 copy, so only has it for authenticty

I need to buy a real one really and get a b pipe too, still running the standard marble sized one, youll see what i mean when you fit the exhaust

i will need some gaskets i think?

i wasnt even planning on getting a exhaust or induction kit for a good while but 100 is too good to pass up on these

£100 is a bargain, yeah you'll need the cat to b pipe gasket (Triangular)

Im not too sure what you'll need for the other 2, its different being in 3 parts

i wouldnt, get a pic up of the ends, it could be that they're just normal backbox metal ring gaskets
