dp engineering do a kit but if you go down that route say bye bye to £5000
I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Why turbo an 8v when you can start with more power and a better lump by going 16v?

Why not buy a car that is already quick? will most probably save you a mountain of money and be much more reliable.
I'm sure i remember a load of people trying to turbo VTS' a few years back and everyone had serious problems with them warning other's off the idea...

By this comment I'm assuming your turbo french car has blown up or are you jumping on the 'all french cars are shit' bandwagon?

My 206 GTi is probably the most reliable car have ever owned, 30K and didn't have to replace anything except brake pads an oil cap & tyres.
But french car's with a turbo, a'la Renault 5GTT etc are a no no IMO

saxo turbo can be done fairly cheaply. its a bettr idea to start with the 16v engine though.
you can modify the standard vtr manifold or if going 16v use a standard c2 vts mani. then you need a turbo, intercooler, mf2 5th injector and sigcon, decomp plate, weld in an oil return on the sump and tap a feed from the oil sensor on the front of the block.

Far more turbo 16v engines out there, there's tons in scotland alone, some big power turbo 16v down in england too, a few close to the 500 mark.
