Whats the best way of stopping a cat climbing through an open window?.

In my bedroom i have the heater boiler, so it gets pretty hot... Meaning the window stays open all year round.

Recently the cat has started climbing in and leaving dead animals for me.

Any recommendations?.

Im thinking of making something from chickenwire.

keep the cat in the house overnight and chuck it out during the day

shoot it, or get heat seeking guns outside, or maybe carpet gripper rod things on the window opening edge

Get mesh for it. Like you get on patio doors to keep the bugs and stuff out. Its basically just a frame with a fine mesh stuck to it.

If it's leaving you animals, it's a show of affection. But if you really want it to stop, wait for it to jump up and be half way into the window before uppercutting it with everything you've got.
