one of the guys at work has brought in a massive pack of biltong and droëwors

i have munched down a handful but thought, is it actually good for you or not ?

It's quite similair to beef jerky and that's just full of protein, I'd assume that stuff would be the same.

high in protein and low in saturfated fat, only concerning thin as mentioned would be the salt , got to be a healthier snack then a chocolate bar

jerky always reminds me of the pig ears you can get in pet shops for dogs.
