Basically im thinking about taking my Corsa down the simplicity route, so smooth instead of sport spoiler etc...

What have you guys done to your cars to get a smooth boot, smooth bumpers etc?
What have you done with your plastic trims, lights, and other exterior parts? And what did it look like?

Any inspiration is welcome

Best bet is to weld in metal plates

I had my window washers, door handles, side repeaters, fuel cap, roof rails and boot all smoothed

only thing i didnt smooth was the aerial which i really should have done

My advice would be to smooth all individual parts and not smooth them all together so you can still remove parts if needed

pic whore

can just see fibreglass panel in this pic which was ripped off and replaced by metal

smooth interior

though i had more pictures of the welding

one thing to be carefull of if welding is fire in the interior and small burn marks
