hey guys. some of you may know me off allcorsa, thought i'd come and see what cs is like for myself.
heres my project arden blue:

bought her in october 2008 after i passed my test. this is her as standard...yes a 5 door but actually comes in very handy, often have mates in the back and didnt really bother me when i first bought her.

at a small north east meet in team valley, practically standard apart from nasty aftermarket alloys with the wrong offset haha...



then bought badgeless grill for it. really improved look of the car for just a small thing and from thereon more and more started to be added really...



then in december i had a bump with a fat obese woman who decided to turn right in the left lane of a roundabout i'll not go into it as i'll go on a rant!



then after it was fixed up (new wing, new inner arch and arch trim, luckily bumper could be saved) i had an incident with a lampost (woman parking) which left me with a nasty crack in the rear bumper so plastic welded it temporarily:


as you can see wheels were also changed: white cav slabs with black griffin wasnt sure about white at first but love it now. stands out well

thats not finished but i'm really shattered and going to bed! will update this tomorrow

Looks like its going in the right direction, nice colour combo, blue and white is quite different

anyways.... UPDATE!


crack was finally fixed




with dodgy eyebrows i had thought looked good and then didnt...... and front crossmember in need of TLC...

roof rails went white to match the wheels. this was not my decision!! i wanted gloss black
however i actually quite like them white now!


all the trim went gloss black





back tidied up a little bit... with cc'd bootlock and black griffin. alot of people seemed to think it should have been kept silver, thoughts?


at PVS this year before the work was done....unfortunately looking a bit shoddy however was a great weekend!!


to smarten it up even more sourced an irmscher splitter off ebay and got it painted. needless to say i love it!!!! does look good. however with the car being lowered 60mm all round its already been scraped a bit unfortunately

it now also has a pair of genuine depos love them. but have yet to get a picture! if any of you see me about dont hesitate to give me a wave.

plans next are:
to sort out the bean can exhaust on it (also blowing and sounding like a tractor at the moment!)
smoked rear lights
window tints

however i am a student and this progress is likely to be very slow!! thanks for reading!

your trim painting skills are poor

nice car though, love arden blue b's.
