Never been keen on cockpit views, I prefer to see the car. Agreed about the rain looking good.

I am looking forward to this game...

I just wish they could sort out the lag in the hands e.g. 1 min 24 of that vid... it can cause accidents since the in game wheel lags behind the real movements slightly.

I use the view that you can see the car as well.

I'm not an elite racing driver though, that might be my problem.

Can't decide whether to pre-order or just go to asda?

I've just started playing NFS Shift and the cockpit view in that is awesome. Everything goes blurry at high speed. Gives a great sense of speed.

althought the wheels moves on screen slightly after, there is no lag in actual steering the car still moves to your wheel.. its only a visual thing.

i still havent done that for GT4..

although im in the middle of the formula championship which is taking an age at 15 races each at 2 hours a pop...
