3210 was my first phone.

i find it strange how mobiles used to get smaller and smaller then suddenly it wasn't call to have a small mobile any more so they've gone bigger again.

wish i'd kept all my phones, i've always had Sony Ericssons and would have a nice timeline of mint condition phones right up to the modern day.

i give the old handsets away when i get an upgrade

Had the same as AlunJ. Mum bought me it so I didn't stay over at mates houses too long/too late. First time she tried to ring it I'd let it run out of battery

Then had a 3410 which I loved at the time

The motorola that could take 4 AA batteries, was before the 5110's, just before the BT Cellnet era.

Mate had a chipped BT Cellnet one

Got my first PAYG SIM card when they were BT Cellnet. I was amazed I didn't have to ring up and register who I was. Just start using it when I get home and it works

I wanna know what one I had, it was a tiny thing and was really popular handset in 98 99, the top of it was slanted. It wasn't a popular make of phone but it was good.

Had to get my hard mate to come on the bus with me into town after school because I thought the moment I had a mobile phone I'd be a victim of being mugged
