Pick an animal that you think would be a decent match for your size, strength etc, so an animal you reckon you could beat up, but not so easy, would need to be a good fight.

I think i'd pick a baby donkey or one of them little horses

I agree on the donkey thing. Specifically the lazy work shy one off that appeal advert. He boils my piss and I want to knock him out. Also that giant chicken that Peter griffin normally fights. Although I reckon he's tougher than me.
