Just sold my iPhone on eBay and need to post it tomorrow. It's in its original box etc.

My question is, what's the best way to wrap it so it doesn't get damaged?

Original box, then some bubble wrap.

Mine just came in the box within a box with some packaging like most other things.

Wrap the phone itself in bubble wrap then put bubble wrap around the box.

Nic

If the phones in original packaging, just bubblewrap and brown paper the box, job done.

I cant see they were ever that carefully transported to the phone shop in the first place!

My phones that come through from T-Mobile are always just the original packaging in a grey mailing envelope.

You better wrap the bubble wrap with bubble wrap as well.

This.

Only since eBay came are people now supposed to over wrap things to avoid neg feedback from online oxygen theives.

Phones sent by Orange are just in a plastic mailing bag. The box has been designed so it retains it's shape and stops the phone getting damaged, as bizarre as that sounds.

i'd get someone to custom make me a carbon fibre box and post it in that, probably leaving a 10mm tolerance on all sides to allow for some bubblewrap
