These places that you guys stayed at before, how were you paying like 40 euros for a week?? The places listed on the Nurburgring website are priced at that per night!? I paid 50 euros for the place we stayed in for 4 days, and that was only so cheap because we had snuck a couple of people in lol....

Got loads of annual leave to use up so was thinking of a mini trip over before the end of the year.

Apartments is how we kept it low, something like 50 EUR each deposit which you get back if you dont get all english and smash the place up and then it was another 40 EUR each for the week or something like that. But remember you need to do a shop so you have breakfast! but that isnt exactly expensive.

Yeah that's more like it Will! You all stayed in the same place didn't you? Got a link?

I didn't think it snowed there until early December? I just fancyactually doing something with my annual leave rather than sitting at home!

People are already putting winter tyres on over here Graham, snow isn't likely but rain/freezing conditions are entirely possible.

1st week of November is the Lotus on Track day over there and they say it's usually alright weather.

It's a gamble.

We went over 20-22nd October and weather was fine but it's very damp in the morning oh and cold.

Not any good when the track is damp and a Clio 172 is in the barrier as a result.

As ojc said. Most places are 40€ a night - camping is how ever 11€ a night and electric is 3€ a week that's what I'm doing next year for a change
