I love eBay.

Put some cheap DVD players for people to buy on there the other day. 4 sold within half an hour, so put the price up £15. 2 more sold this morning... Then somebody Emailled me to say if I don't put the price back down, then he's reporting me........

Do you just buy job lots of stuff to sell on there? Seem to always be selling stuff.

Also its not just ebay that people ask stupid questions. I had someone offer me £150 for a roll cage I had up for £450 on here

It's because of this don't ask don't get culture. Sure if it's up for £300 and you offer £290 I'd strongly consider it and not be offended. But offering a third of the value?! Why waste both our time
It's like walking into an Audi dealership and seeing an A5 for £30k telling the salesman your interested in buying it and then offering him £10k. It's just not going to happen is it

I have a contact who deals with liquidized companies. When they go bankrupt their stock goes to auction, before it does go to auction he rings me up or texts and asks if i'm interested in anything. So I either stick what I buy on eBay or elsewhere.

There was a Card Shop a few weeks ago, £26,000 worth of stock, offered it me for £1000. Nobody could be arsed counting them, or sorting through them! It's a full containers worth apparently. Would mean opening a shop though to get rid of it all, unless you do it via eBay. Not much profit in it when you really think about it.

That sounds alright, better than buying shitty job lots off ebay and splitting them. Ive been to an auction before but too many folk from the general public had turned up and were bidding things up almost to retail prices Need to find me a contact lol.

When I went down there last I bought the DVD players I mentioned in this thread.. worked out at £9.50 per DVD player, bought 15 to see how they'd sell. Saw a pallet of 30 sell for £1000... £30+ each!

Some people are tards tbh!
