If your going to continue to try and pull it of with your hands make sure you screw the nut on a bit. If you don't and it flys off you could loose your teeth the nut will stop it coming right of
Puller is your best bet though.

Either get a puller, or grab hold of the wheen at the top and bottom, and wriggle like hell, then the same to the elft and right, should release with about of brute force

Id leave the 22mm nut on a few threads though so it doesnt twat you in the face

Use a soft metal drift and hammer to wack the collum with the nut on a couple threads then it'll pull of nice and easy, drift must be something like alluminium or brass

2 people 1 pulling and open door and hit with a long hrd bar shock it and will pop straight off worked fine for me
