My front antiroll bar bushes need changing by the sounds of things as this rattle is getting worse and is a common problem dead cheap to do so worth a shot, but is it worth paying that bit more and getting powerflex or will oem one's do fine? As it's only the antiroll bar ones i'll be changing?

Yeah, only reason they're so shit as standard is so you have to keep paying for them to be done.

I might just change the drop link arms and bush's while im at it as keeping it abit longer quite cheap to hopfully solve this rattle

Its the drop-links that tend to give the knock/rattle, if the bushes are shot you'll get a massive clonk.

Ah ok no it's not clonking it's a rattle just sounds like some think is loose when go over a bump or drain and i drove across a flat field and it rattled like mad how ever my friends didnt sound's like it's that then, i have had it on & off 3 / 4 times as been playing around with different suspension, there a pig to get on and off would it be the same if they were worn? As stupid as it sound's
