my phone wont let me make any calls tonight ans says number is not available when you phone it.
Was working fine earlier ans says it has signal although doesnt say orange across the screen

Mine won't phone out. But when i turn the phone off then turn it back on again it will make calls. Think its my phone more than anything else!

i have the odd problem like this with them, when ever i have it i have been into phones 4 u/orange shops and they all says its to do with orange adjusting their masts since taking over what ever company they took over

I signed uo for the orange signal as im with tmobile. They replied saying there was a problem and would text me when resolved. Still havent heard.

they've been pretty crap lately, I've never had major problems with orange until recently and I've been with them 11 years - lately it's always playing up and the internet seems to work once in a blue moon

It'll almost definitely be down to them making changes to the network in preparation for the merge with T-Mobile in the New Year.
I'm with T-Mobile and was speaking to one of their call centres the other day and whinged about the fact I keep losing signal and they said it will happen atm due to that.
Friends and family are on Orange and have had similar issues and been told the same thing

set up mine to use t-mobile the day it started, switches over now and again, in fact some days in order to get any internet connectivity I have to force it to switch over.

net was a bit hit and miss when i was on my lunch break. ive phoned from it quite a bit tonight and its been ok.

Is there any clause in the contracts that says if they fail to provide service a certain amount we can terminate?
