Cut it off

Depending what type it is, can be taken off if you let the tyre down.

No sticker etc on it?

Get in trailerd to your house and cut it off. If anyone says anything, you bought it with it on, the wheel clamp belonged to the owner, but he lost the key?

Get it removed and send the V5 off asap.Just say it wasnt on it when you bought the car so 1 of the previous owners must have removed it.

You can't cut it off legally, or would be no point in it being put on as punishment FFS

So who are you buying it from if the owner of the car isn't the owner on the V5?

right my mate bought a 2.0 corsa tht was still regd as a 1.2, but he wanted rid coz he found out he had a suspended sentence meaning he does one thing wrong and he goes to jail, so he swapped it for the saxo vtr but never registered it in his name. the car is in the previous owners name

the previous owner should have sent the logbook off to register it in your mates name. If he swapped with your mate without doing that then he is immensely dim.

They chain them on, to get it off you unbolt the lower ball joint and then just lift the clamp off.
