just a quick question i ma going to debolt my rear arches tomorrow. if i only take the 2 top bolts off do i still have to use an edehsive to stick them back on.

also if i use adesive how easy is it to take the arches back off again

Well I used this stuff called No More Nails, and just smeared it on the arch and some on the car. It stuck for about 2 days then came away. Shite stuff don't use it! But even without anything holding them on the other bolts stop them moving enough. You can only tell if you get hold of the plastic and pull it. My advice is try it without anything and you'll probably find it is held securely enough.

so is it the top two bolts i take off. when u say take off do u mean cut them of or what?how do they come off?


u see i want to debolt my arches so the body shop wont have to do anything to the arches however when the body shop has the car i want the arches painted so they will probably come off again

it will flop around, just stick it back on with trim adheasive, yes its easy to remove if needs be but its also strong.

u dont need to take the wheel off to do it, if your on standard rims its very easy, iof not jack it up a bit.

my arches are full of mud which has acumilated over bout 8 years lol
so will prob give them a clean
