Week off so I thought I'd treat the Punto to a wash, polish and wax. Bloody hell was it hard work - no idea how the likes of Rich do it every day.

I'll let the pictures speak for themselves - taken on my N8 so nothing special.

Bloody door mirrors always do this.

Ashamed to say I used a sponge and the 1 bucket method with a gift pack Simoniz shampoo, then polished and waxed with Meguiars stage 2 & 3 (carnuba wax) detail stuff. Then dressed the wheels with Meguiars tyre shine which apparently lasts weeks not days, but does smell like Twister ice lollies.

Luckily these pics do not show up the 100's of tar spots, stone chips and minor scratches, thanks to the daily drive and supermarket car parks.

Yeah 1.4 16v, 95bhp. Same as in the Panda 100hp. 6 speed. No torque. Only 'fast' if you rev it hard otherwise just a normal car.

Nothing at all, it's like new. 58 plate with 5k miles on it. Runs sweet as a nut. Me and this car just cannot bond

I can honestly say, in 4 months i've driven it twice. Once to take it to FIAT and once to drive it back

Looking good mate. I do still quite like these, but the build quality still shocks me! Some funky design touches though in and out.
