Wouldn't pay over £300 for it myself. Definetely needs a new wing, maybe a new door and a steering rack. Doing that lot yourself you're looking at about £50-100.
He's not even put the year. I'd be steering clear unless you can get it fixed cheap.

Its a 1994, and GSi's are very common over here, only other one i can see for sale is going for €2200

Its not really worth if for a car I only want to take some parts off for my Irish GSi and the track the car afterwards.
With the fact I would have to pay for the boat trip, petrol and then we have to pay VRT (Vehicle Registration Tax) which is nearly £400 pounds on its own for this car, before I even paid for a GSi in the UK the car would have cost me nearly £900!
