Mine just arrived got loads of odds and sods and no clue to fitting it anyone got decent pics or could explain please?

2 clamps go onto the centre of the beam. there are 2 holes in the ends of the back beam that you bolt it to. suprised it didnt come with instructions?

Boght second hand on here mate. I take it bushed go inside clamps, just not sure where either end attaches too tbh

The ends bolt to the ends of the rear arms where there is a hole.

Have you got all the bushes with it.

I beleive so, I hat but/bolt each end with 3 rubber bushes on each side, to above or two below?. Giess its alot more obvious under the car from sounds of it

At each end the bushes go bolt>bush>antiroll bar>bush>beam>bush>nut iirc. I may be wrong tho it was 2 1/2 years ago when i fitted mine but it sounds right

I loved mine when I had it lol! Remember to only fully tighten once cars down on the flat groud!

It's a good point actually, why do you need to tighten it on teh ground? The rear beam's a solid piece of metal, I wouldn't have thought it'd make a massive difference to the strain whether you tighten it up in the air or on the deck.

We can do one when I swap mine over Ste

And Alan, the rear beam is far from solid, if it was solid the anti-roll bar would be useless. There's a lot of flex in the beam so if you tighten the arb and the beam is slightly flexed at the time it could potentially cause different handling characteristics between left hand and right hand turns. If it's too low, set blocks of wood up on each corner and drive onto them then tighten it all up

Just fitted this part fromnone clamp, person that sold it left bolt on there cross threaded! Easy to do though, hardest bit is getting first clamp on, that allos car to take weight while you tinker with rest!

You can get more of under it that way, leaning halfnon shoulder or somerhing
