should all the corsa b sxi`s have power steering as im swapping my astra for one and it doesnt have it. if it doesnt have it, how hard is it to fit, can it be done without taking the engine out etc?

i have yet to see any sxi`s for sale anywhere that dont have P/S but the kid im getting it off says it doesnt have it, or electric windows, however the wiring is there if i wanted to fit the motors
