Should my Corsa B Sport have a red light for when the fuels in the red zone? I've never had one come up but i've seen a picture of a B with the red light there... I've had it all out before but never really checked to see if there was a bulb there or not! Cheers

Mine doesn't come on until its 1/2-1/4 in the red. It doesn't come on as soon as it hits the red on the gauge.

Well i ran out of petrol about 2 weeks ago and it didn't come on then, so i'm guessing mines missing it!

one of mine had one, the other never lit up in 4 years i had it, hence why i had fun runnin out of petrol on the motorway!

my k reg merit didnt have one, then i got a p reg LS and that had one, however i fitted some lockwood dials and you cant see the red light through them as there's no cut out for it

depends what model you have, my 1997 merit didn't but my new 1999 club does.

I had one in my old 1 litre, yet i still broke down 3 times due to not filling up
My ep3s fuel light comes on a good bit before its on the red so thats a good thing.

Hasnt got LED bulbs or something has it? The one in my tigra didnt work due to somebody fitting a blue LED in the wrong place.
