This really pissed me off.

Im 20, and already ive had 4x4 vechiles, hot hatches, motorbikes, been all over europe to different curcuits (inlcuding the ring, donnington, up santa pod etc) so i would consider myself to be a 'petrol head'...

Where has this stupid saying come from? Is it just a top gear thing and people think its cool to carry on or is there a genuine reason?

I cant father out why, but it really pisses me off

xx

You know what, I agree with you.

I can't see anything special about Alfas and I doubt I will ever own one.

My Cousin and her fiancé have one, had some LSD fitted to it (cost circa £2000 dont know what its called though), and it is a awesome motor! Stylish, and makes the best noise ever with the breathing mods. He says it doesnt take that much looking after like they say, but he works away and it sits on his drive all week long! Cheating i think.

It was for sale for around £9.500.....shameless plug...

As much as I agree, my car is far more 'exotic' than every other Fiesta, Corsa, Punto and every other all-look-the-same car in that class...
