morning all, just started to build my sound system in the back, thought id have a go making fibreglass pods for now with some 6*9s just till i get used to doing it

getting the lads at work to plan the set up, and im making it over summer

this is the speaker cut and fitted in2 the door card and fam over it ready to shape

the begining od sanding the foam down to the shape of the pod, sorta followed the 2 lines on the door card and im gonna make the l#middel line flow in2 the shape of the speaker so it looks apart of the door from manufacturer



took these pics yeaterday morning so there has been a lot more work done since then



also have a full false floor again

Looking good, i just cut holes in my rear 1/4's for the 6x9's and stuck loadsa dynamat on the card and rear 1/4 panel. Your gonna be surprised how much sound you can hear through the bodywork!

How can i blag some free Donny tickets through work?

ps - donny arm bands are issued if your working there, no such look blaggin unless u wanna work

looking nice mate, im pretty sure u work in halfords m8, mind if i ask sum questions?

whats it like working there?
im only gunna b part time but is it easy 2 get overtime if u want it?
do they pay a sunday premium?

aye mate i work in halfords but we have a full half the store for ripspeed so i never do anything off the std parts section
