Only around 2 mph into a tree, but still some damage! So new front bumper is needed, wouldn't mind a GSI front ideally in Arden Blue, but is the price is right, i don't mind painting it myself! I've had a look on classifieds on here but to no luck, any body know where i can get one from? or now of anyone selling one?
Cheers!

Not been out in the car this morning, sounds like that was a smart decision!

Pretty sure there was a brand new unpainted front bumper for a GSi in the parts offered somewhere, but it was about £200 i think

Came round a long bend at 15mph on a main road and ended up broadside down the road managed to avoid the kurb and all the oncoming traffic and keep driving on after a bit off pattercake on the steering wheel scary moment though.

It seems everyones had their time then! Ive split the bumper in two places, i think it hit the tree at a really awkward angle due to mounting the embankment, glad it didn't touch my depos though i did have a look at the brand new bumper, but i dont really have that kind of money this time of year, had a look at this guy though: http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/viewthread.php?tid=583150
What you think?
Can anyone explain what the side lugs are?

I'm surprised you split your bumper at 2mph

But you must have had a hight initial speed to go up an embankment first

I was slowly merging from the A1(m) onto the A64 to York this morning and nearly ended up going sideways because there was that much snow on the slip road!

I didnt notice the roads were icy either

Had a near miss with two deer jumping out on me a few nights ago.
Now tonight on the motorway the guy in front decides to brake because of another car joining from a slip road, next thing i know i see him skidding and his car turns to the side blocking both lanes so i broke as well but my wheels just locked up so had to casually swerve around via the slip road entrance and continued my journey giggling because all i can picture is some guy going down the motorway side ways
