has anyone got a set of these and if so are they any good??? im after a cheap new set up to £200 is what i ideally wanna spend so if any1 knows of a good cheap set lemme know cheers

i would go for the venom ones.
neither will be amazing tho but if all your wanting is a low car they will be fine.

you will need four wheel geometry after fitting though as you would with any coilover

What would the rear be lowered by with those fk's?
I want something 60mm but comfier than my current set up

They are up to 120mm on the front and up to 60 on the rear i think, they are better than running standard shocks and springs by a mile but are a stiff ride if you have them low

im running the first ones on mine, lowerd all the way down, no helpers and cut springso n rear about 120mm/110mm

so if i buy a set i can take the rear spring out and then the rear coily replaces the dampener?

yes on the rear you can use your existing springs as they are not fixed rears

so the coilover for the back hasent got the spring already built in? So its just ajustable dampner?

Its a fixed front coilover that has height and camber adjustment and a rear shock with a seperate spring and seat adjuster these coilovers do not have damper adjustable shocks they are just an entry level coilover if you were wanting fully adjustables i would go for the avos at about 400
