The astras been up for sale for a good few months now and had loads of dreamers but nothing concrete.
I've lowered the price to what I thing is a bargin but still nothing.
What the hell else can I do to better my chances of selling it???
Already seen the car I want to replace it with as well

remember its almost christmas and people are skint, advertise it everywhere, lower the price, get some really good quality pics of it... i had my air rifle up for sale for months with no interest so i got my mate to do some professional quality pics with his dslr and it sold for over a grand, i was happy as thats what i paid for it

The price has been lowered a few times now, the pics are very good quality of lots of angles including interior.
Its just pissing me off abit now that ive seen the car I want lol.

i know the feeling mate, when i see something i want i just cant get it out of my head.... is it on ebay? i rekon thats the most widespread form of advertising you can do, just set a buy it now price for the minimum of what your willing to sell it for and list it for a couple of weeks?

Just time of year with people spending money at xmas and also the weather lately too and what else is to come. And were still supposed to be in a recession? Whats the price now? Id love a vxr but too many around here so wud have to be a bit diff or tuned if i was to get one

i went about 3 weeks without a single call. then some chancer texted, just being a twat, then one night some woman called just after i had reversed into a bush and cracked the rear bumper and bought it the next day.
it's just a waiting game on performance hot hatch cars like this.
older people have the money but don't like the boy racer image and younger people think they won't get insured so don't bother looking at them.

Same problem I had Eck.. ended up just trading it in. Goes away Thursday and I got just about as much as I was wanting as a private sale.

Just a bad time for performance cars including seasonal factors. The recovery is usually around march time.
