What are people running on there xe's I'm looking to upgrade from my standard manifold (exhaust) and want to know the best ones for power gains and where to get one thanks

eBay sell good ones. You just want an enlarged one, you would want a 2 1/2 inch system for it aswell

depends how much you want to spend. The best ones can cost a good few £££'s

If your engine is near enough standard,i wouldnt bother.
The standard 4 branch is very good and iirc,capable of pushing 200bhp.

I was going to say that as well but 4-2-1 and 4-1 manifolds produce different power at different revs do they not? Like a 4-2-1 might make the most power high up in the rev range, a 4-1 makes the most power lower down etc.

4-1 produces power higher up the revs.

On a standard engine,it will lose the low end torque.

My tonylaw one made a he'll of a difference. Mines got 288 cams, lightened flywheel, 2 1/4 system with 2 1/2 mani and chipped ecu. And it goes like stink. The manifold freed up some bhp

I've got btb and 2.5inch system, though will be swapping for a tony law when this one dies.

Don't go anywhere near the 4-1 manifolds off Ebay, I've got a SBD type C in the shed which is a full race spec one, for throttle bodies which you need a 2 1/2'' system.

I had a Janspeed one which looks like the Tony Law one. But a Ashley or Sportex would do fine.
