He does know as he mentioned that it is meant to be et49, et30 is way off that.
Answer to the question though, yes it will scrub.

He's probably looking for answers like 'you could fit them by modding the arches, smaller profile wheels' etc.
I've got et35 on the corsa and all they need in a 5mm spacer for them to miss the front strut.

how wide are they?
what tyres are you looking to run?
how low is it?
if you want to fit ET30 you can, depending on tyre choice

Yes, et30 is basically going to stick out a fair bit. Luckily the wheels are 6.5j so that will help but with wanting to go so low you will need some seriously stretched tyres and camber. If i was you i would look for some better fitment alloys.

With the right tyre choice and a bit of fettling et30 wheels can be made to fit.
Aron & myself have both had low offset wheels on our corsa's mine being BBS RM in 7 x 15" offset of et33 i had to use a 185/45 profile tyre with a bit of camber to sit the car low on coilovers but it worked well and i had no major problems.
Aron had much wider wheels on his and had a bit more work to do to get his sitting right.
The only real way of knowing is by getting the wheels on the car and looking at what you need to modify/change and how much clearance you have
