my neighbour just asked me what could be wrong with his car, he said the car will somtimes start normaly but then as hes driving it will judder/shake as if its going to cut out and the battery light will come on? but it will then go back to normal, i had a look but the car would try n start but then nothing happens?

my only theory could be either a loose or dirty connection on one of the alternater cables, therfore not charging the battery as it is being driven? so there will be not enough power to crank the starter motor?

what do u guys reckon?

Heard this before on FFOC. It's very serious as the car can stall at any time causing some brown pant moments as the steering and braking are almost useless.

Get it checked asap.

Sounds more like a sensor tbh.
All these theories such as muck in fuel lines etc that I see on the internet NEVER seem to be the actual problem.
