So i recived my renewal for my Golf in the post £968 which i thought wasn't too bad. I also recived a letter from adrian flux saying they could beat my renewal so thought i'd give them a call 
After speaking to a girl on the phone for about 20min she comes back to me and explains because of all the bastard pakis in this country the cheapest quote she can get is over 3k >.<. giving up with them i ring up quinn ( the people i am with ) to find out about paying my renewal and after findind out im unemployed my quote has now gone up to £1500 >.< looks like im not gonna have a car for a while as i just cant afford these quotes even if i had a job.

I find it highly unlikely she said this to you. 
More likely you either live in a high risk area, haven't got much driving experience, too young etc. and one or more of those reasons may have been given to you.

White collar occupations save you money, eg accountant/administrator/bank clerk etc they did with me anyhow.
Best tell them your employed or try someone else

When i was renewing I told i was a student and had no job, then 10 mins later told them i was going to a place of work and uni... a girl on the phone didn't say anything about it

A great percentage of foreign drivers probably are not insured, just like a percentage of whites are not insured.
Some get away with it for years, others get caught.
Insurers are just robbing bastards, for many many reasons.

Insurance costs will be fixed due to many reasons but its well known that insurance also goes up due to crash for cash type schemes which are carried out manily be the Asian's
