One of my employees crashed one of my vans in November. The damage to my van did not justify making a claim , however the third party claimed against me which was fair enough.

Im now trying to get quotes for the renewal on this van. When asked if I have had any claims in the past 5 years , what do I say ? I wasnt driving the van , and never claimed damage ?

Cheers

If it's on your policy you should disclose it as a claim of yours.

Cheers.

Also, as I have more than one van, surely I don't have to declare the accident on all policies?
