As above; box has been opened but iphone not registered to itunes or anything so as new.

Phone is unlocked.

Just not really an iphone man and want another Blackberry

Say for example phone turned faulty as its a common thing with the 4's or never got signal how would the buyer go about this? Im on contract and have the 3gs but i want the 4 so bad but my 3gs is insured :s

It will have apple insurance, thts a good price , i might well snap it of you after xmas as my 3gs is going faulty

The phone is under warrenty whoever the owner is; they can plug it in at the apple store detect its age etc and if its under warrenty and it doesnt matter what or who's sim card is in it.

Sorry sold on ebay in the end
