Me and my GF finally bit the bullet and bought!
Exchange of contracts will hopefully be tomorrow and will complete mid jan!
Dead excited as hate renting atm, got a garden, garage and a drive too.
Needs some redecoration and will replace the bathroom. Gonna build a false fireplace in the lounge and get a fireplace and float the TV above it so got some plans
Paid southern prices tho so means no car change for a year or so also 
Here it is, what you reckon?

that's really nice mate. i'd personally change the blue kitchen tiles but the rest of it looks perfect.
not keen on the garden sloping but depends what you use it for.
good going for getting on the property ladder, best thing i ever done, even though it's a lot of money, it's worth it just to have freedom and do what you like with the property.

Excellent first home with a driveway and garage, very marketable in the future with the outside space as well! If youve got rear access just dump a load of soil in the garden to raise the height so its level? Not sure if its as easy as that 
Also if all the rooms are in the same condition as that kitchen you dont even need to do anything, although you will want to put your stamp on it 
Congrats and enjoy wasting money on interest instead of rent!

Congrats, buying my place was the best thing I could have done. I've really enjoyed making it my own, and the freedom is awesome

Almost certainly not. If your neighbours gardens slope the same you'll just end up ruining the fence panels. Plus it'd take a SERIOUS amount of soil to fill that dip and compact it all

I think rather than levelling that garden, id take some soil out, and have it as 2 levels with steps down :S all depends if its going to be used etc

that's good value that. is it a 2 bed? looks similar size to my house, albeit i don't have the porch
