Just been driving down a one way street the correct way and was confronted by a police car coming the wrong way down it with no blue lights on..... Am i right to report the cunt or am i just been pedantic?

Reported them. The guy on the end of the phone says they will know exactly who the officer is without the reg and he was very helpful.
