I am.

did the same thing last year and trained hard from Jan - Sept seen some great results, a combination of back to work, dark nights and cold weather measns I havent been the gym propper since mid Oct, both me and my training partner are ready and raring to go again now starting after new year next week

anyone elses NY resolution to train more? or maybe less

Yea started back at the gym about a month and a half ago, going good so far. My diet is lacking abit atm, but hope to get that sorted when I get back to the UK at the start of next year. Need to add some CV work in there aswell.
Not really a NY resolution as such though its all good fun.

Had a really good spell at the start of this year and stopped due to new job and shitty hours. I'll see this year out then renew my membership at the start of Jan and sort my diet out!

I'm psyched haha! Can concentrate a little bit more on losing weight, another 2 stone then gain some more muscle

day 1 today, went and did 2 sets of chest bi`s tri`s shoulders and back to ease back into it, gonna be sore tomorrow, start back at it hard after new year

i tend to leave legs till the end of the week and just do a whole gym sesh on them

thats a rather odd split

if you are just trying to ease back into it you might be best of doing starting strength for a few weeks, or at the very least 3 days of full body using mostly compound excersizes

squat, deadlift, wide grip pull ups, bench and DB rows + mabye some hammer curls for the gurlz

but yeah please dont neglect legs

monday bicepts and abs
barbell curls
dumbell curls
preacher curls
curls
situps

wednesday chest and abs
bench press
situps

friday bicepts and abs
barbell curls
dumbell curls
preacher curls
hammer curls
situps

any suggestions?

didnt do legs, was supposed to be out on my mountain bike tomorrow but a job has come up so I wont have time, il go for a run if I have time
