Well today me and the manager had a rather big fall out at work,
and i quote " fuck off out this warehouse and don't bother coming back"

was the the line that really got to me,

so just wondered were i stand on this?
i have not been feeling very well recently so i am off to the doctors tomorrow

but i really have no idea what to do

just find it hard to believe that a manager can talk to a member off staff like that.

Surely if he isn't the store manager he doesn't have the right to sack you?

think he was using it as a way for me to get sacked tbh, told me to fuck off and don't come back and just to go home, if i had done so , he would off only worded it so i walked out off work , resulting in me possible getting sacked.

he has also said in the past " i have been given the right to get rid off all off my dead wood, and currently you are my deadwood"

now i no many people will thing i am a slob and that i do no work, but it is the complete opposite, ast manager and supervisor are all happy with my work rate.

no lawrah, i went to the assistant manager told him what happened, and asked him for a job to do, and then went home.

and tbh we all get in mad moods, but surely there is no need to speak to your member off staff like that ?

dont no if its worth while writing a letter to change departments ?

not a clue how do go about it tho

tbh, I would just go back to work as normal until something has been made official.

Sounds to me like they want to fcuk as many people on as they can so they dont have to make anyone redundant.

You can't just sack someone verbally, speak to his boss to find out the score. Probably a heat of the moment thing, he lost his rag and acted like a twat/unprofessionally.
