Going to be painting alloys tomorrow and just wondering am i best doing them star silver,same paint as i use on the car or proper alloy silver paint? Me dad seems to think alloy silver will be better

You can paint them any colour you like.
I prefer a light silver with large flakes of aluminium in it

I'd say if the car is silver always do them a different colour to the car because it looks a bit odd if the car and wheels are an identical shade of silver.

From what I remember, Wurth silver wheel paint is an identical match to a couple of the German marques.

I generally use Rover silver, it's quite light.

i found star sliver was alittle bit light and i used a darker silver a bmw one was same colour as tsw silver

really? It's yellow!

I do all wheels in 157 star silver unless it's a BMW then I use 354 Titan silber.
