I need a set of 4 steelies to keep a scrap car mobile, must have tyres, it doesn't matter if these are legal though, anyone got a set local?

I've got a set that was standard on my 1.0ltr. Wheels rusty As been left outside but have Tyres on. If there to use on a scrap car won't matter. I live just outside Birmingham.
