Following on from the thread of people starting the gym for the New Year. I thought you could post up their routines
I finished off last year with a 4 day split which was to ease me back into the gym and went well. Im now about 3 weeks into my new routine to try build my strength and gain some mass.

Day 1
Squats 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Weighted Pull Ups 5x5

Rest Day

Day 2
Deadlifts 5x5
Overhead Press 5x5
Bentover Row 5x5

Rest Day

Day 3
Squats 3x10
Weighted Dips 5x5
Seated Row 5x5

Rest and repeat. I'll start to add in some CV on rest days. Open to comment and post your own

Monday
2.5 mile run

Tuesday
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Wednesday
Grip and wrist strength exercises

Thursday
5x5 Zottman curls
5x5 Shrugs
5x5 Bicep curls
5x5 Upright Row
5x5 Hammer curls

Friday
2.5 mile run

Saturday
5x5 Deadlift
5x5 Squat
5x5 Good morning
5x5 Front Squat
5x5 Straight leg deadlift

Sunday
Will vary it but either 7.5 mile bike ride, 1 hour stretching or swimming

No idea if that routine is any good but I was seeing some alright gains without sorting my diet out before Christmas so hoping to continue that when I start eating better
