As above, i ve put phase 2 chips into the ecu and was wanting to know how do you set it?

get a manual boost controller and an adjustable fuel regualtor and then its easy

where does the manual boost controller go? does it replace the amal valve?
I already have a fpr and am running ngk plugs, what gap are they meant to be?

Yes it replaces the amal valve,but you still need to leave it plugged in.Can also adjust it via the actuator if you dont have an MBC.Think the plugs need to be gapped to 0.6mm but im sure some1 in the know will correct this.

it replaces the amal valve but leave it plugged in
the boost controller (depending on type) goes between the turbo and the actuator (boost pipes) should have a pipe from the exhuast side of the turbo into the boost controller and then to the actuator.

either get a manual boost controller or set it by the actuator.you will need an adjustable fuel pressure reg too.
either way take it to a rolling road to be set up,sounds like you dont know too much about them (dont take offence) so i wouldnt go messing with it.
